After the engineer serviced my boiler and radiators, I discovered that the radiators began leaking. I strongly suspect that he sabotaged them on purpose to ensure I would call him back for repairs. When I reached out to him, he had the audacity to demand a £200 labor fee. This is unacceptable.

My boiler had stopped working and I was advised I needed a new one. I asked Billy to come and replace the boiler and he was out the next weekend to do it, he also flushed the central heating system for me while he was here and provided me with a 10 year warranty for my boiler! Really impressed and highly recommend!

I had a leak from my boiler so called Billy, he managed to diagnose the issue and get the part the same day. He fixed the issue and we’ve had no problems since! Absolutely brilliant service!
